What is the application compatibility?

GoalX is compatible with the following OS:

iPhone & iPad: iOS 12.0 or above
Android mobile & tablet devices: Android OS 8.0 or above
The performance of GoalX may be affected by platform & software version adopted by individual handsets.

Why I cannot find HKJC Goal X in App Store?

As GoalX is only available for Hong Kong users, you can only find the application in Hong Kong App Store. Please login the account with Hong Kong and try again.

Can I use GoalX outside Hong Kong?

You can use GoalX to browse for betting information (match schedule, odds, result and dividend) when using the application outside Hong Kong, but not available for betting. GoalX should not be affected if using inside Hong Kong.

If I have an Online Betting Service Account or Online Betting Service (eWin) Account, do I need to re-register for using GoalX?

No, you can login to GoalX with your Betting Account number or login name and password.

Do I need to login with betting account when using GoalX?

GoalX is a free application, providing with football match information, instant odds, instant betting and live streaming. If you need to place bet, watch live streaming, create your favourite list and push personalised alerts with GoalX, you have to login with HKJC betting account, other functions can be used after download.

How to use personalised alerts?

GoalX can push you personalised alerts on your followed favourite football matches. Before you use, please allow GoalX to push notifications in the mobile setting.

No person under 18 is allowed to bet or enter premises where bets are accepted.
The maximum penalty for betting with illegal or overseas bookmakers is 9 months' imprisonment and a HK$30,000 fine.
